We are bombarded by good advices and most of us do not know anymore what to do. Too many make you feel depressed when you can not follow up on them.
So just choose one simple change in your lifestyle, the one that fits you best, like starting the day with a large glass of lukewarm water or whatever other good advice; you know best.
Any one simple change accomplished will make you feel good and will encourage you to make another lifestyle change.
Change can be painful, but is very rewarding.
