My mission is to inspire healthy living; body, mind and social connections.

That is why I show this short video in which I make an energising shake for my friend Dave O’Brien. He is a marathonrunner and World Record Holder in 2010 for being the oldest man (57) to run the Four Deserts in 38 weeks (Racing the Planet = 1000 km). We are accompanied by Winnie, who loves fruit and Louis, my husband at the piano.
